Senior Performance Marketer & Content Creator
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content (videos, reels, stories, and posts) across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube.
- Edit high‑quality videos (short‑form & long‑form) using CapCut; experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools is a plus.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and brand alignment.
- Leverage trends—jump on viral sounds, memes and hashtags to maximise reach and engagement.
- Write compelling copy for captions, headlines and video scripts that resonate with our target audience.
- Run and optimise paid campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to drive traffic, conversions and ROI.
- Analyse content and ad performance to identify insights, test new ideas and continuously improve results.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with designers, marketing and sales teams on campaigns, launches and brand initiatives.
- Engage with followers to build an active and loyal online community.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation and/or performance marketing.
- Proficient in CapCut for video editing (knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite or similar tools is advantageous).
- Strong storytelling, creative ideation and copywriting skills.
- Solid understanding of social media algorithms, ad performance metrics and audience targeting.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must include samples of social media content (e.g. TikToks, Reels, Shorts or posts) showcasing video editing skills and creative flair.
