Job description

We’re looking for a proactive, driven professional to take charge of our payments and help us level up our offerings.

Your Role:
  • Handle day-to-day payment operations to ensure accurate, timely, and secure transactions.
  • Support the onboarding process of new PSPs, including documentation, integration coordination, and follow-ups.
  • Monitor transaction flows and resolve operational issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, technical, finance) to ensure smooth integration and operation of payment solutions.
  • Maintain operational relationships with PSPs and assist in addressing partner issues.
  • Support the Payment Manager in tracking the PSP pipeline and onboarding progress.
  • Assist with contract documentation and follow-ups as required.
  • Monitor payment performance and data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for the Payment Manager.
  • Highlight issues or irregularities and elevate as appropriate.
  • Ensure all payment activities comply with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Support risk mitigation measures to prevent fraud, chargebacks, and operational failures.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of escalated incidents.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize operational workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in testing or rollout of new payment features or integrations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes, partner information, and updates.
  • Stay informed about payment industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide operational insights to support the Payment Manager’s strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in special projects or initiatives as assigned.
What We Need:
  • 1‑3 years of experience (business development, e-commerce, or payments a plus).
  • Possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or equivalent.
  • Fluent in 3 languages (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with payment solutions and financial regulations is a bonus.
