Job summary

Singtel is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (OutSystems) to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise applications on the OutSystems platform. You will partner with business and technical teams to translate requirements, deliver Change Requests and Projects, and provide BAU support.

You will ensure application quality, reliability, performance, and maintainability while guiding development and testing activities, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in OutSystems 10/11, including Traditional and/or Reactive Web applications.
• Strong knowledge of both front-end and back-end OutSystems development.
• Proficiency in OutSystems tools, including Service Center, Integration Studio, and Forge components.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycles, testing practices, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience supporting BAU operations, Change Requests, and Projects in an enterprise environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications and translate requirements into designs using established methods.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain OutSystems applications (front-end and back-end).
• Coordinate development activities with teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Provide BAU application support, including investigation, debugging, and production support.
• Support Change Requests and Projects through the full development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
• Develop and maintain integrations with internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Assist with deployment, troubleshooting, and hotfix activities in OutSystems Service Center.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and diagrams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and propose technical solutions.
