Job summary

ZOLL Medical Corporation is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud DBA to ensure production uptime, manage backups and recovery, and optimize performance across Oracle ERP and OCI environments. This role collaborates with infrastructure, security, and IT teams to maintain a healthy cloud platform.

The ideal candidate has extensive Oracle ERP/Cloud experience, strong scripting skills, and a proven track record in upgrades and disaster recovery.

Qualifications

• Must have two upgrade cycles completed; reduces cutover downtime through process improvements.
• Cloud OCI architecture experience; familiarity with concurrent managers and workflow.
• Hands-on backup, recovery, and patch management for ERP/Oracle Cloud.
• Ability to work with multiple geographically distributed teams and developers.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production uptime for Oracle ERP Cloud environments and OCI platform.
• Manage backups, recovery, space management, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and access controls across cloud deployments.
• Coordinate with Security/IT teams for environment setup and maintenance.
• Monitor system health, perform health checks, and respond to outages.
