Inventory manager: Monitor stock levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability for customers.
Problem solver: Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.
Team player: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless store operations and a positive work environment.
Educational background: Minimum SPM or Diploma in Retail, Business, or a related field preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is beneficial, but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are equally valued.
Communication skills: Strong ability to interact effectively with customers and team members from diverse backgrounds.
Customer-first attitude: Positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for helping customers.
Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet store needs.
Tech-savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems to ensure efficient operations.

Language needs: Malay, Mandarin and English.
Location: Able to work and travel to TRX KL.
