Job summary

EaseBridge in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager to lead transaction monitoring, cash operations risk oversight, reconciliations, and broader operational risk activities across the organisation. The role will manage a small team and work with Finance, Operations, Customer Service, HR and Technology Support to strengthen controls, governance, and 2LOD oversight.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
8–12 years in operational risk / 2LOD / internal controls.
Experience in cash operations, reconciliations, settlements.
Proven 2LOD oversight & control reviews.
Experience with CSA / RCSA / risk register activities.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
willing to travel to client offices twice yearly.

Responsibilities

Lead 2LOD risk oversight across functions.
Oversee transaction monitoring and escalation of high-risk transactions.
Manage risks in cash operations, fund movements, settlements, and reconciliations.
Lead CSA/RCSA/risk register activities and maintain current risk documentation.
Oversee key controls monitoring and remediation actions.
Conduct process walkthroughs and control reviews to identify weaknesses.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 staff.
Prepare management reporting on operational risk issues and remediation progress.
