Job description

The Senior Operations Executive (Malaysia, Multi-Brand) is responsible for overseeing the daily operational, administrative, and service-quality aspects across three different brands under the Group. This includes ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, compliance, and profitability across all Malaysia centres. The role acts as the main operations contact for all brands, ensuring smooth execution of business processes, timely updates to HQ (Singapore), and alignment with each brand’s sales targets, service standards, and customer experience expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Brand Centre Operations & Coordination: Oversee day-to-day operations across three brands, ensuring each centre aligns with its respective brand guidelines, treatment standards, and customer demographics. Support Centres for all operational needs, service readiness, customer‑flow management, and brand‑specific execution.
  • Compliance, SOP Standards & Brand Governance: Enforce brand‑specific SOPs, service protocols, hygiene standards, and operational processes for all three brands. Ensure full compliance with Malaysia regulations (hygiene, PDPA, medical guidelines where applicable). Track, compile, and report sales performance for each brand, centre and team. Analyse and highlight performance trends, therapist productivity, customer conversion rates, and treatment utilisation. Support brand‑specific promotions and campaigns, ensuring execution accuracy at centre level. Follow up on missed KPIs for each brand with Centre Managers and recommend corrective actions. Review staffing levels across brands, ensuring efficient labour planning, shift coverage, and OT control.
  • Training, Service Standards & Brand Culture: Reinforce service‑excellence culture across all brands, ensuring distinctive customer experiences that reflect each brand’s identity. Support brand‑specific skill refreshers, customer‑handling guidelines, new treatment launches, and practice standards from HQ.
  • Customer Experience & Issue Resolution: Review customer feedback and service recovery cases for each brand. Address escalated complaints promptly and propose brand‑appropriate recovery actions.
Requirements (Malaysia-Specific, Multi-Brand)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, beauty, aesthetic, wellness, or multi‑brand operations.
  • Strong understanding of Malaysia consumer behaviour and service expectations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Able to travel across Malaysia centres.
  • Strong data analysis skills with confidence in handling sales reports and KPIs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
  • Diploma or Degree qualification preferred.
