Job description

Tashin Travel Sdn Bhd is looking for an experienced Senior Operations Support to handle inquiries for inbound and outbound.

Job Description

To handle all inbound/outbound requests pertaining to hotel reservation, travel product information and other enquiries.

Prepare quotations, proposals, itineraries and make recommendations for alternative hotels or products including any special deals to clients or agents.

Handle booking requests, monthly invoicing and monitor payment collection.

Execution of paperwork (from quotation, reservation, payment follow up to invoicing).

Liaise with tour guide / tour leader and handling claim etc.

Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.

Onsite visit when necessary.

Tour research and itinerary setup.

New product design and planning.

Providing administrative support to Travel Consultants at all levels, including the design of itineraries and proposals, bookings and supplier and product knowledge gathering.

Supporting travel/general sales operational needs of the company.

Requirements

Required language(s): Speaking & writing in Mandarin & English.

Minimum 3 years of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position.

Fresh graduate from Tourism & Hospitality who are interested to start their career in a travel agency are also encourages to apply – Full Training Provided.

Willing to travel when necessary.

Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively.

Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.

Preferred Mandarin-speaking candidates to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and operators.
