We are seeking a hands-on Senior Operations Executive to oversee daily salon operations, support outlet teams, and ensure smooth execution of company standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure SOP compliance
• Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and outlet performance
• Support outlet managers and resolve operational issues
• Conduct outlet visits, audits, and reporting
• Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Marketing on operational matters
• Assist management with operational improvements and ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

• 3–5 years operations experience (retail / F&B / salon preferred)
• Strong people management and coordination skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to be on the ground
• Willing to travel between outlets
