Job description

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Operation Executive to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth execution across supply chain, warehousing, inventory, merchandising, and store/market activities within the FMCG sector. The role requires strong coordination skills, operational planning ability, and hands‑on experience in fast‑paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company SOPs.

Monitor FMCG product movement, expiry management, stock rotation, and freshness standards.

Ensure timely replenishment and delivery planning for customers/retail outlets.

2. Supply Chain & Inventory

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth inbound/outbound flow.

Conduct regular stock analysis and assist in demand forecasting.

Lead monthly/quarterly stock-take and investigate discrepancies.

3. Process Improvement

Identify operational gaps and propose improvement plans to increase productivity and reduce cost.

Optimize picking, packing, and distribution processes.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives (LEAN, 5S, workflow optimisation).

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure POSM materials, promotions, and product launches are executed on time.

Support key accounts and modern trade operations where required.

5. Reporting & Administration

Prepare weekly/monthly operational reports (inventory accuracy, fulfilment KPIs, wastage, OOS).

Track operational KPIs and ensure that targets are met.

Ensure documentation, invoices, and delivery records are updated accurately.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years experience in FMCG operations / supply chain / warehousing / merchandising.

Strong understanding of FMCG processes (expiry, FEFO, modern trade, distributors).

Proficient in Excel, inventory systems (SAP, WMS, ERP).

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Leadership ability to supervise junior staff or operators.
