What You’ll Do
  • Responsible for routine order processing and ensure accuracy of issuing Sales order
  • Assist Sales Manager & Executive to carry out the daily routine task.
  • Handle Purchase Order, Sales Order, Proforma Invoices and shipment.
  • Co-ordinate with relevant department at the factory for order processing matters.
  • Responsible for accuracy of data – CRF, Sales Analysis, Master OSR.
  • Keeps proper filing records.
  • Maintain rapport with customer all the time via correspondence.
  • To schedule, arrange and attend meetings inter and intra departments.
  • Monitoring payment of customers.
  • Handle sample preparation.
  • Attend and support exhibition.
  • Any other tasks assigned by superior.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the administrative field.
  • Willing to work in Bandar Sri Damansara.
  • Good Human Relation Skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skill and English.
  • Good record Keeping.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office application.
