Job summary

6255 UOB Innovation Hub 2 Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a Senior Officer for the Regional Processing Centre - Trade Ops to accurately process trade finance transactions such as LC, SBLC, documentary collections and trade loans.

You will ensure compliance with UCP 600, ISBP and related rules, verify documents, coordinate with counterparties and internal stakeholders, and maintain complete records to support risk controls and timely settlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum a recognized degree in a relevant field.
• Proficient in trade finance operations and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, URC and related governing rules.
• AML/CFT awareness for Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process trade finance transactions, including LC, SBLC, documentary collections and trade loans.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution while adhering to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Verify documents for completeness and compliance with governing rules.
• Liaise with counterparties and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all trade finance activities and support daily reconciliation.
