Senior Officer or Officer, Finance Controlling System

Ensure data integrity and alignment across all financial information systems.

Support and optimize the global SAP (ERP) implementation.

Assist in period-end closing and financial reporting activities.

Identify and drive AI adoption initiatives for Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) across global sites.

Lead continuous improvement, automation, and standardization efforts within global FI/CO processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integrity and Reporting: Ensure data accuracy and consistency through regular validation and reconciliation in Power BI and other external data sources. Support development, implementation, and optimization of new financial reports while improving existing dashboards and analytics. Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP and reporting systems.
  • ERP and System Integration: Assist in SAP implementation and optimization. Integrate MBR files into Power BI and harmonize Excel-based financial models across sites. Coordinate system enhancements and integrations, including tools such as OCR software, ReadSoft, and travel management systems.
  • Process Improvement and Automation: Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, automation, and standardization in finance and controlling functions. Drive digital transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI to enhance efficiency, data quality, and financial insights. Review and optimize data flow, file management, and database synchronization globally to improve reporting accuracy and timeliness.
  • Financial Operations Support: Support period-end closing activities, including provisions, allocations, and reporting requirements. Collaborate with site finance teams on optimization of monthly allocations, long-term contracts management, and extraordinary P&L items. Conduct efficiency assessments and implement best practices to strengthen financial control and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably with exposure to ERP, PowerBI and IT systems.
  • Experience in auditing (including systems audit) and/or ERP implementation is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive digital and automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
