What you’ll be doing on the job

• Wireless & Switching:
  • Configure/maintain Cisco WLCs, APs, and switches (core, distribution, access).
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, coverage, and performance issues.
  • Monitor via Cisco Prime; perform backups and patching.
• Network Security:
  • Manage authentication (Cisco ISE), firewalls (Palo Alto/Cisco Firepower), ACLs, and VPNs.
  • Implement security policies and conduct audits.
• Infrastructure & Documentation:
  • Oversee cabling (copper/fiber) and vendor coordination.
  • Maintain inventory, SOPs, and handle warranty/support cases.
• Bonus Areas (skills that enhance your package):
  • VMware vSphere, NetApp storage, Cisco Unified Communications.
  • Microsoft Server (AD, DNS, SCCM), Google Workspace, or Azure AD SSO/MFA.
