Job summary

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and product owners to gather requirements and design, develop, test, deploy and document automation workflows.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications using the.NET framework.
• Create and maintain technical design documents, user manuals, and test cases.
• Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to coding standards.
• Optimize application performance and ensure scalability.
• Provide L1–L3 support and handle change requests per SLA.
