Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Risk System Analyst to join the Risk & Data Science team. You will lead the maintenance and enhancement of Murex Market Risk and Credit Risk platforms and translate risk requirements into scalable technology solutions.

You will collaborate with Risk Management, Data Science and Technology stakeholders to deliver robust risk data, reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and regulatory readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 9+ years of experience in Risk Systems Analysis or Financial Systems Support.
• Hands-on experience with Murex Market Risk and Credit Risk modules.
• Deep understanding of EWRS risk methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills supporting enterprise-scale databases.
• Solid knowledge of Windows Server environments.
• Proven ability to perform system analysis, root cause investigations and solution design.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, enhancement, and optimization of Murex Market Risk and Credit Risk platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate risk management needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Implement and maintain risk methodologies, including EWRS and Credit Risk.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and enhance Murex risk modules.
• Ensure integrity and availability of risk data across systems and reporting platforms.
• Manage and optimize SQL Server databases supporting risk applications.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.
• Deliver risk analytics, reports, and dashboards to support regulatory and business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in risk technology capabilities.
