Job Title: Senior Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a creative professional to lead multimedia production across video, graphics, and interactive design. The role involves turning briefs into compelling visual stories, ensuring brand consistency, and managing multiple projects efficiently. Strong design and video editing experience, along with a solid portfolio, are required.

Core responsibilities
  • Lead end‑to‑end multimedia production across video, graphics design, interactive and static from concept to final delivery.
  • Translate creative briefs into strong visual stories (storyboards, scripts, style frames) aligned to brand and campaign goals.
  • Edit videos—including cutting, pacing, sound design and colour correction—as required.
  • Create graphics and visual assets for marketing, product, social, web, presentations, events and internal communications.
  • Ensure brand consistency by applying and evolving visual systems, templates and design guidelines.
  • Own quality control: maintain high standards for typography, composition, animation principles, timing, accessibility and export specs.
Creative leadership
  • Assist in providing creative direction for multimedia projects, recommending formats and approaches that improve engagement and performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with marketing, product, content and stakeholders to align on objectives, messaging and deliverables.
  • Mentor and support junior designers through feedback, craft coaching and workflow best practices.
  • Present concepts and rationale clearly, incorporating feedback while advocating for strong creative outcomes.
Project & process
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines, scope and resources while meeting deadlines.
  • Build efficient workflows (templates, reusable assets, libraries) to scale production and reduce turnaround time.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams for design requirements and materials, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Stay current on tools and trends in motion design, editing, AI‑assisted workflows and platform best practices; recommend improvements to the team.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer, UI Designer, Storyboard Creator or a similar role.
  • Excellent experience working with various design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva and others.
  • Well‑versed in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audacity etc.
  • Portfolio with design and video editing projects.
  • Aesthetic skills with a keen eye for visual details.
  • Knowledge in AI design/video editing applications is a plus.
PC Requirements

As this position is 100% remote, you will be required to provide your own PC/laptop. Our mandatory PC specifications must be adhered to for your application to be fully processed. Genashtim may require you to submit proof of specifications and reserves the right to conduct an audit before onboarding. Below are the required PC and other related specifications:

  • Wired internet connection.
  • Processor: Intel i5, 9th Gen (recommended 11th Gen or higher) or Ryzen 5 and higher (TPM compatible).
  • Memory: 16 GB RAM.
  • Operating System: Windows 11 Pro (64‑bit) or later; macOS Sonoma or later.
  • Storage: 500 GB or higher SSD for dual boot, 256 GB or more for dual accounts.
  • Microsoft Office 2013/2016 installed.
  • Stable internet connection (at least 20 Mbps for download speed & 5 Mbps upload, with a ping of not higher than 50 ms). Mobile data and power backup are a must.
