Job summary

A leading business support services company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an operational support professional. The role involves providing client VMS support, managing invoicing activities, preparing monthly reports, and conducting User Acceptance Testing on new technology features. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in Business or Operations and relevant experience in an MSP environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job description

BAU focus with client VMS support, supplier guidance on MSP requirements, a single point of contact for operational queries.

Weekly cadence with SFTP and invoicing activities, error file analysis and resolution, upkeep of trackers and weekly reports.

Monthly cadence with preparation and distribution of client reporting packs.

Systems and rollout with UAT on new or enhanced features, documenting outcomes, and support for technology rollouts.

Continuous improvement and compliance with simpler ways of working, best practice embedded, and consistency and scalability in mind.

Training and SOPs with drafting and maintenance of SOPs, and training for clients and suppliers.

Manage weekly SFTP and invoicing activities, analyze and resolve error files, maintain trackers and weekly operational reports, and prepare monthly reporting packs for MSP clients.

Requires strong systems capability, including the ability to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or enhanced technology features, document outcomes, and support the rollout of these changes to business users.

Include identifying and resolving implementation challenges, embedding best practice, and driving continuous improvement within a Business-as-Usual (BAU) environment.

Willing to work 7am - 4pm (Follow Australia time).

Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Operations, or Project/Program Management
  • Demonstrated experience in operational support roles within an MSP, staffing, or workforce management environment
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, data validation, and system integration processes
  • Proficiency in error analysis, reporting, and using operational trackers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines
