• Performing routine services, safety inspections, and performance tuning
• Troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues
• Leading and mentoring junior mechanics to improve their skills
• Ensuring all repair work meets the highest quality and safety standards
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and a clean, organized workshop
• Assisting the service team with technical advice when needed
