Job summary

CFI Financial Group is looking for a skilled Mobile Developer (Flutter) to design and build high-quality Android and iOS apps. You will work with backend, product, and UX teams in a fast-growing, multinational environment.

Requirements include 3+ years of Flutter experience, Dart proficiency, RESTful APIs, and strong testing, Git, and CI/CD practices. You will write clean, scalable code, participate in code reviews, and ensure compliance with platform guidelines to deliver a robust mobile

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and releasing Flutter apps in production.
• Strong knowledge of the Flutter framework and Dart.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
• Familiarity with state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod).
• Experience with mobile databases like SQLite or Hive.
• Good Git/version control knowledge (GitFlow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD for Flutter.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum.

• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Conduct and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, readability, and consistency.
• Ensure app compliance with mobile platform guidelines (App Store/Google Play policies).

• Familiarity with state management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Experience with mobile databases like SQLite or Hive.
• Good knowledge of Git and version control workflows (e.g., GitFlow).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for Flutter.
• Knowledge of platform-specific integrations and native mobile development (optional but a plus).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks such as Mockito, Flutter Driver, or integration tests.
• Understanding of secure mobile app development and data protection best practices.
