Job summary

PLUS Malaysia is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Applications Leader to oversee the design, development, and maintenance of scalable mobile solutions across front-end and back-end systems. Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development (design, develop, maintain scalable and high-performance mobile apps across front-end and back-end).
Technical Leadership (lead projects, set direction for development team, ensure best practices in mobile app design).
Project Execution & Quality Assurance (deliver high-quality mobile solutions with planning, testing, debugging, and performance optimization).
Requirements & Stakeholder Management (collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs and architecture).
Team Mentorship & Collaboration (mentor team, guide through complex challenges, foster continuous improvement).
Experience: Minimum 8 years in software development with mobile focus; at least 2 years in senior/lead role.
