My client is seeking an experienced Monitoring Support & Maintenance Senior Specialist to ensure the operational stability and performance of a recognized mobile application used across Southeast Asia. This role will focus on proactive monitoring, incident response, performance optimisation, and managing the transition of support responsibilities from the development vendor. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to enhance reliability and ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor mobile app performance using tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, or Datadog
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents, ensuring SLA compliance
  • Conduct root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams on long‑term solutions
  • Support application releases, patch management, and upgrades
  • Optimize app performance by improving code efficiency and backend integrations
  • Work with cloud infrastructure teams to maintain a scalable AWS environment
  • Implement monitoring, error logging, and performance reporting processes
  • Ensure security protocols and compliance standards are maintained
  • Assist customer support teams with technical issue escalations
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile application support, monitoring, or maintenance
  • Experience with monitoring platforms (New Relic, AppDynamics, Datadog, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of AWS cloud services and mobile performance metrics
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to manage multiple incidents in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
