What you'll be doing?

Support Enterprise Applications: Provide first and second-level support for enterprise applications to internal users, ensuring smooth operations.

Application Development: Engage in application design, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance, contributing to the continuous improvement of software solutions.

User Requirements: Assist in gathering user requirements, system design, and implementation of application features, ensuring the software meets user needs.

Report Customization: Customize reports and data outputs as per user or departmental requests, delivering insights that drive decision-making.

Data Management: Manage SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and ensure smooth data integration with internal systems, maintaining data integrity and accessibility.

User Training: Conduct user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation when necessary, empowering users with the knowledge to effectively utilize software applications.
