The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in IT and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. You'll administer the Microsoft 365 suite, provide technical consultancy, and implement security measures. Competitive compensation is offered, ranging from RM8,000 to RM10,000 bimonthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments in a mid to large enterprise setting.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical policy consultancy on Microsoft 365 solutions.
• Administer and manage the full Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
• Oversee and optimize device and application management using Microsoft Intune.
• Implement and maintain security baselines and policies with Microsoft Defender.
