Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
• 3–5 years of metrology engineering experience, preferably in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• Knowledge of metrology principles, techniques, and ISO/ASTM standards.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistics and data interpretation.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced metrology tools for manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Set up new metrology recipes and transfer from SZ to Penang.
• Design and conduct measurement studies to analyze and improve product quality.
• Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot metrology equipment.
• Analyze measurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead metrology-related projects and mentor junior engineers/technicians.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management.
