• Strong track record in sales growth, margins, and inventory optimization.
• Deep understanding of merchandising analytics and retail financials.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end merchandising strategy and commercial growth across diverse lifestyle categories.
• Lead assortment planning and ensure compelling product mix across all categories.
• Oversee seasonal planning, buying strategies, and stock management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop merchandising teams to foster a commercially driven culture.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Visual Merchandising to deliver retail initiatives.
