Job summary

AG STAFFING seeks a seasoned MEP Project Manager for a Data Centre construction project in Johor Bahru. The role will oversee inter-disciplinary MEP integration, BIM coordination, long-lead procurement, and site commissioning to meet aggressive timelines.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with heavy electrical and mechanical systems, including UPS, chillers, generators, and IST processes, and will coordinate FAT/SAT and authority interfaces with TNB, ST, BOMBA, and DOSH.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in MEP integration for data centre projects.
• Proficient in BIM coordination and clash management.
• Experience with FAT/SAT and IST testing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MEP integration between electrical and mechanical systems and ensure interfaces are trouble-free.
• Lead BIM reviews to resolve spatial conflicts between piping, busducts, and cable containment.
• Manage long-lead procurement, scheduling, FAT/SAT sign-off, and IST testing across multiple sites.
