A leading semiconductor company in Kedah is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff to oversee the Clean Tech module. The role requires a minimum of 14 years of experience, with at least 5 years in Clean Tech and 3 years in a management position. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Clean Tech module staff and monitor equipment performance.
• Organize training sessions for staff to enhance technical skills.
• Participate in Yield Improvement activities to enhance efficiency.
• Facilitate cost reduction programs for equipment and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with various management systems.

SENIOR MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF – CLEAN TECH

Responsibilities:

• Manage the Clean Tech module staff
• Monitor and control equipment and process performance indices
• Organize training for EE/PEs to upgrade their technical skills
• Participate in Yield Improvement activities
• Ensure robust process with SPC control
• Facilitate and participate in cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
• Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality
• Ensure a safe working environment for staff
• Participate in fab ramp activities
• Follow and comply with Management Systems:

  • Hazardous Substance Process Management System – IECQ QC080000
  • Environmental Management System – ISO 14001
  • Occupational Health & Safety Management System – ISO 45001

Job Authority:

• Sign off on specifications
• Approve subordinates’ annual leave, overtime, travel, petty cash, and business expense reports
• Approve PRs
• Acknowledge ILM shutdown form to release tool

Education Required: Minimum bachelor’s degree and above in a related field

Years of Experience: Minimum 14 years of working experience

Preferable:

• 14 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Clean Tech
• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing people
