SENIOR MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF – CLEAN TECH
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Clean Tech module staff
- Monitor and control equipment and process performance indices
- Organize training for EE/PEs to upgrade their technical skills
- Participate in Yield Improvement activities
- Ensure robust process with SPC control
- Facilitate and participate in cost reduction programs to optimize equipment utilization and cost of maintenance
- Work with both internal and external customers to improve yield and quality
- Ensure a safe working environment for staff
- Participate in fab ramp activities
- Follow and comply with Management Systems:
- Quality Management System – ISO 9001
- Hazardous Substance Process Management System – IECQ QC080000
- Environmental Management System – ISO 14001
- Occupational Health & Safety Management System – ISO 45001
- Automotive Quality Management System – IATF 16949
- Information Security Management System – ISO/IEC 27001
- Anti‑Bribery Management System – ISO 37001
Job Authority:
- Sign off on specifications
- Approve subordinates’ annual leave, overtime, travel, petty cash, and business expense reports
- Approve PRs
- Acknowledge ILM shutdown form to release tool
Education Required: Minimum bachelor’s degree and above in a related field
Years of Experience: Minimum 14 years of working experience
Preferable:
- 14 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Clean Tech
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing people
Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills – able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Results‑oriented, well organized, and self‑motivated
- Knowledgeable in the theoretical fundamentals of Clean Tech
- Knowledgeable in analytical techniques such as AFM, SEM, SIMS, TXRF, ICP‑MS
- Good verbal and written communication skills; proficient with PC applications and software
