Job summary

EP Engineering invites applications for a Senior Mechanical Technician based in Sarawak, Malaysia. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose and repair offshore mechanical systems, and support project tasks with safety as a priority.

Qualifications include 2 years (Diploma/ Degree) or 5 years (Professional Certificate) in electrical & instrument dual-skill for Oil & Gas, plus knowledge of offshore HSE regulations and good written and spoken English.

About the job Senior Mechanical Technician

• Candidate must possess minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma or Degree in or equivalent qualification in engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years experience (minimum Diploma, Degree) or 5 years experience (minimum Professional Certificate) in electrical & instrument (dual-skill) in Oil and Gas.
• Reasonable communication skills.
• Conversant in offshore Health, Safety and Environment regulations, standards and procedures.
• Good understanding of oil & gas processing.
• Reasonable command of spoken and written English.
