Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical design for assigned systems and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate with external specialists and guide drafting teams
• Prepare scope, specs, and BOQ for tenders
• Respond to bidder queries and assess technical submissions
• Support safety team and supervise contractors on-site
• Propose and manage design or scope changes
• Approve technical documents and work methods
• Lead testing and commissioning activities
• Provide on-site technical support and resolve issues
• Liaise with commercial team on cost matters and verify claims
• Support quality control team with specs and inspection tools
• Ensure project completion, approve final documents, and assist in handover

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, HVAC, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant construction or engineering experience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
