Job description

Develop innovative concepts and detailed designs for semiconductor automation equipment.

Ensure all designs comply with international standards (e.g., SEMI S2, S8, CE).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and optimize manufacturability and cost.

Prepare and release comprehensive BOMs, technical drawings, and documentation.

Integrate CNC machining and sheet metal fabrication processes into design for manufacturing.

Champion continuous improvement and proactively implement process enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Aeronautical, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 5–10 years’ experience in equipment design, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech sector.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools (FEA, FMEA).
• Demonstrated experience with CNC and sheet metal fabrication.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English.
