Reports to: SEA + India Director / Senior Manager

Region & Area: Malaysia/Singapore

Job Purpose

To architect and execute integrated marketing strategies for the SEA markets, directly driving the sales pipeline and strengthening AVEVA's position as a leader in industrial software. This role is a strategic orchestrator, responsible for translating global marketing initiatives into high-impact, localized campaigns that drive demand, acquire new customers, and build a powerful brand presence across diverse markets.

Principal Accountabilities
  • Develop and own the end-to-end execution of the regional marketing plan, integrating brand, demand, and partner activities to generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline from large-scale industry conferences to targeted roundtables and webinars.
  • Localize and execute global campaigns ensuring relevance and maximum impact in SEA and India.
  • Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and a clear return on investment for all activities.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign ROI, providing regular insights to sales and regional leadership.
  • Cultivate strategic alliances with key government bodies, industry associations, and academic institutions to boost AVEVA's influence and thought leadership.
  • Generate powerful, localized content in collaboration with customers and partners, including case studies, testimonials, and co-branded assets that build trust and showcase our expertise.
  • Localize and promote global content (reports, whitepapers, articles) to ensure it resonates with local market needs and cultural nuances.
  • Work closely with sales leadership and account teams to align marketing activities with key accounts and territory plans.
  • Act as the local brand guardian, ensuring all marketing outputs and communications adhere to AVEVA's global brand standards.

  • Internal: Sales Leadership & Account Executives (SEA); Global Brand, Communications & Performance Marketing Teams; Regional General Manager; Channel & Alliance Partners Team.
  • External: Customers & Prospects; Industry Associations & Government Bodies; Media & Industry Analysts (local support); Marketing & PR Agencies.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required
  • 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record in demand generation and pipeline management within the technology/industrial software sector.
  • Strong understanding of the complex B2B sales cycle and experience working directly with sales teams to achieve shared revenue goals.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Data‑driven marketer, proficient in marketing automation (e.g., Marketo) and CRM (Salesforce) platforms, with experience in objective-driven reporting, analytics, and leveraging AI tools to optimize marketing performance and streamline project management.
  • Strong cultural awareness and experience marketing across the diverse SEA regions.
  • Familiarity with industrial software.
  • Experience in building industry relationships and hosting executive-level events like roundtables and panels.
  • Hands‑on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies is a strong plus.

Hybrid Working
