Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product value propositions and messaging based on insights, data, and creativity.
  • Analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and define clear Customer Value Propositions (CVP).
  • Design and implement scalable strategies tailored to SMB and long-tail segments.
  • Manage go-to-market plans for new features and products, including launches and adoption initiatives.
  • Measure product funnel performance and marketing success, recommending improvements for both product and communications.
  • Conduct ongoing customer research and provide insights to guide product and business decisions.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful product launches and continuous engagement.
Job Requirements
