What You’ll Do

Lead and direct the social media strategic direction, marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Lead the team to develop and execute marketing visuals and multimedia content (e.g., graphics, video edits) for multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive engagement & growth.

Write, edit, and proofread high‑quality copy for a variety of channels including websites, campaigns, social media, packaging, emails, etc.

Conduct deep‑dive market research into cultural trends, audience conversations, and content performance patterns as well as competitor benchmarking when needed.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of marketing needs.

What We Expect of You
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a social media / digital marketing / copywriting role.
  • Expressive and creative with a good grasp of consumer marketing fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and content/campaign planning.
  • Design skills using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
  • Experience with video editing (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with good communication ability in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.
