Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance across projects and provide timely reporting and analysis.
- Lead and manage in-house sales teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
- Engage, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with external real estate agencies.
- Conduct regular sales briefings, training, and performance reviews.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
- Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure smooth booking and handover processes.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, and launches.
- Manage basic digital marketing tasks including social media posting, ad boosting, and content coordination.
- Work with creative teams or vendors to develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, EDMs).
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
- Support CRM initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or related field.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing tools and event coordination.
- Able to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Willing to travel and work on weekends when required.
