Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance across projects and provide timely reporting and analysis.
  • Lead and manage in-house sales teams, ensuring high productivity and motivation.
  • Engage, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with external real estate agencies.
  • Conduct regular sales briefings, training, and performance reviews.
  • Identify market trends and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure smooth booking and handover processes.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing events, roadshows, and launches.
  • Manage basic digital marketing tasks including social media posting, ad boosting, and content coordination.
  • Work with creative teams or vendors to develop marketing materials (brochures, banners, EDMs).
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and campaigns.
  • Support CRM initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property sales or related field.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tools and event coordination.
  • Able to work independently and lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
