    • Own beverage brand KPIs including sales value, volume, distribution, market share, and gross margin

  • Go-to-Market & Channel Execution

    • Translate brand strategy into channel-specific execution across:

    • General Trade (impulse, wholesalers)

    • Partner closely with Sales & Trade Marketing on:

    • Price corridors and promo depth

    • In-store visibility, secondary displays, and sampling

    • New SKU and pack-type listings

  • Integrated Marketing & Performance Marketing

    • Lead IMC planning with strong emphasis on:

    • Digital-first campaigns

    • KOL/KOC seeding and content performance

    • Sampling-led trial generation

    • Ensure campaigns drive awareness → trial → repeat, not just impressions

    • Track campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize based on results

  • Consumer Insight & Innovation

    • Own beverage consumer insights (usage occasions, taste preference, energy/coffee mindset)

    • Lead innovation projects including:

    • New flavours / functional variants

    • Pack formats and limited editions

    • Manage end-to-end innovation execution from concept to post-launch review

  • Agency & Stakeholder Management

    • Lead and evaluate digital, social, creative, PR, and event agencies

    • Act as the main brand interface with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and external partners

  • People & Budget Management

    • Coach and develop Brand Manager(s) / Assistant Brand Manager(s)

    • Own beverage marketing budget planning, control, and ROI optimization

  • Hands-on experience in:

  • Brand positioning & portfolio management

  • Campaign execution & performance marketing
