A health-focused company in Shah Alam, Malaysia, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, oversee integrated campaigns, and enhance brand identity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of marketing experience with 3-5 years in a managerial role, and strong skills in branding and digital marketing. Proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required to liaise with the China HQ. This position offers a great opportunity to lead impactful marketing initiatives.
Drive overall marketing strategy to support business growth and brand objectives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and marketing events across online and offline channels, including brand campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Develop and strengthen brand identity, brand guidelines, and consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints.
Monitor, analyse, and optimise marketing performance, including traffic, leads, and campaign ROI.
Use data and insights to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver aligned marketing initiatives.
Track market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or senior role.
Strong experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, and event marketing.
Proven ability to analyse and interpret marketing data, traffic, and performance metrics to drive decision-making.
Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing, and integrated marketing communications.
Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin is required to liaise with China HQ stakeholders.
