Budget management: Develop and oversee financial plans for advertising activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Multi-channel expertise: Utilize a diverse range of advertising channels, including Google My Business, social media, websites, influencer marketing, and traditional media.
Campaign execution: Plan and implement advertising campaigns, media buys, and SEO/SEM strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Metric mastery: Analyze key performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CPR to continuously improve advertising effectiveness.
Educational background: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Advertising, Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
Social media prowess: Demonstrated ability to grow social media followers, engagement, and brand presence through strategic content planning and platform-specific campaigns.
Multilingual communication: Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Analytical mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in media buying and SEO/SEM.
Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using advertising tools, CRM systems, and campaign management platforms.
Team player: Creative, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
