  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, evaluate competitive landscapes, and uncover opportunities within the mums and baby care industry.
  • Oversee and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective use and monitoring of expenses within allocated limits.
  • Design and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans and manage successful product launches.
  • Ensure that all marketing and promotional efforts adhere to industry regulations and guidelines specific to mums and baby care.
  • Create impactful sales materials, develop training programs, and provide support to the sales team and channel partners to drive product success.
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for product innovation and process enhancements based on market feedback and industry trends.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Job Requirement:
