POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Executive plays a pivotal role in driving brand visibility and luxury customer engagement for Valiram's portfolio of international brands. This role focuses on the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, promotional events, and strategic PR initiatives designed to create compelling, world‑class retail experiences and meet key business KPIs in a fast‑paced, high‑end retail environment.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
BRAND MARKETING
- Protect the brand equity by ensuring highest standards of execution.
- Maintain thorough understanding of brand, competitors, customers and brand DNA.
- Identify opportunities and propose marketing activations to Marketing Managers across all stores/restaurants through competitor and customer insights to implement and scale differentiated marketing campaigns.
- Follow‑up on activations of monthly marketing plan – prioritize key campaigns/promotions and ensure it is communicated in a timely manner.
- Collate every country’s campaigns/ marketing initiative executed to ensure report is timely submitted.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, developing learnings of key target markets and providing feedback to build strategy on how we engage with customers.
- Localization – leading the thinking on what works and what doesn’t work in respective markets.
- Maximize collaboration, efficiency and creativity by building and maintaining consistent brand identity across marketing and public relations channels.
CRM
- Strengthen Customer Journey Experience – support in developing robust CRM loyalty strategy – Welcome pack, loyalty program, birthday, re‑targeting, etc.
- Drive strong recruitment with the right marketing activations & services – driven proposition – partner CEM on curating and advising the automations journeys.
- Using your knowledge of different customer segments to develop personalized content that communicates brand’s storytelling.
- Keep up to date with new initiatives in the communications sphere and implement where appropriate.
RETAIL & OMNICHANNEL EXCELLENCE
- Partner Principal, CEM, Merchandising & Planning, Creative & VM, and Retail to design and articulate the ultimate seamless customer experience journey with an omnichannel approach, from prospecting to evaluation to conversion.
- Collect & analyze actionable client insights toward recruitment, retention goals, and to drive brand and fine fragrance business.
- Partner E‑comm and Merchandising & Planning team to plan and drive differentiated e‑business initiatives (campaigns & product mix) to nurture e‑business and digital channels to gain fair share.
- Partner with Digital team to ensure comprehensive digital media plan for all priority campaigns and promotion across all countries – Digital ads, Social media, etc.
REPORTING AND ANALYSIS
- Prepare marketing reports for management analysis.
- Ensure timely submission of all marketing reports including post‑event reports.
- Review and research marketing campaigns of competitor brands.
- Assist in tracking marketing performance, gather consumer insights, and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Assist in delivering post‑program and promotion analysis and key best practices to Management.
- To provide administrative support e.g. preparation of PO, vouchers and other relevant reports.
- Updating and maintaining the marketing department’s documentation and databases.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum a Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1‑3 years’ experience in luxury goods, F&B, beauty or a comparable retail environment and experience with CRM/client insight and omnichannel marketing.

- Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
