Event and Campaign Management - oversee in-store events, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives
Customer Retention and Loyalty Programs - lead customer retention efforts, including sourcing suppliers for Gift With Purchase (GWP) initiatives and implementing strategies to enhance loyalty
Brand Outreach and Online Exposure - drive brand visibility both online and offline
Liaison with Mall Management - coordinate A&P activities with mall management to promote the brand effectively
Cross-Functional Collaboration - collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align brand strategy.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is required
Strong communication and negotiation skills are necessary
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is essential
Creativity is crucial for driving brand growth and customer engagement
Graphic designing capabilities, basic photography and videography skills are preferred
Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required
Proficiency in Mandarin and English languages is necessary. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Preferably, 1-2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce or marketing roles
