A prominent automotive dealership in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Manager to enhance its social media presence and oversee creative content development. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Responsibilities include managing campaigns, organizing promotional events, and producing engaging content to drive sales. The role demands excellent communication and analytical skills within a fast-paced environment.
Plan, manage, and grow the dealership’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly content calendars aligned with product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
Monitor community engagement and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Produce high-quality content: product posts, videos, reels, handover stories, lifestyle content.
Conduct photoshoots and short-form video shoots for new units, test drives, and showroom highlights.
Coordinate with designers or agencies for marketing assets.
Plan and execute paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.
Optimize campaigns for test-drive bookings, showroom traffic, and lead conversion.
Track lead quality, cost per lead (CPL), and conversion performance via CRM tools.
Develop campaigns that drive walk-ins, test drives, and sales.
Support new model launches, weekend promotions, and festive campaigns.
Provide sales teams with up-to-date marketing materials and brochures.
Organize roadshows, mall events, corporate test-drive programs, and partnership activities.
Collaborate with lifestyle brands, corporate offices, and EV charging partners for cross-promotions.
Conduct competitor research and monitor local dealer activities.
Manage campaign communications for promotions, retention, and owner community events.
Support handover content and post-sales experience initiatives.
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to Zeekr brand guidelines.
Coordinate with HQ for approvals, creative assets, and campaign direction.
Prepare monthly reports on social media growth, engagement, ad performance, leads, and conversions.
Recommend improvements based on data analysis.
Manage marketing budgets and negotiate with vendors.
Oversee agencies, videographers, photographers, and event partners.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in marketing; Automotive industry experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Creative, proactive, and results-driven, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
