Silver Maxlink Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This full-time role will be based in Seberang Jaya, Penang and will play a crucial part in driving our marketing and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail Promotion & Campaign Planning – Plan and execute retail promotions, festive campaigns, and sales events. Prepare simple marketing plans and timelines for approval. Ensure promotions are practical and suitable for retail operations.
• Marketing Proposal & Planning – Prepare marketing proposals, campaign ideas, and basic budgets. Suggest promotion ideas based on sales trends and outlet needs. Review campaign results and suggest improvements.
• Team Coordination – Coordinate daily tasks of the marketing team and external suppliers. Follow up on designs, content, printing, and campaign timelines. Ensure marketing tasks are completed as planned.
• Outlet Support – Support retail outlets with marketing materials and promotion execution. Communicate promotion details clearly to outlets. Collect feedback from outlets and report to management.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing – Manage and support social media content related to retail promotions. Ensure online promotions match in-store campaigns. Understand how social media helps drive store traffic and sales.
• Reporting – Track basic campaign performance. Prepare simple reports and updates for management.
