The Senior Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring 360° marketing initiatives. This role requires a high degree of independence, hands‑on execution, and strategic planning to build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should be well‑versed in managing end‑to‑end marketing campaigns and activations with minimal supervision.
Core Responsibilities
Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Plan, develop, and execute 360° marketing campaigns across multiple platforms that aligns with brand goals.
- Develop annual and monthly marketing calendars to ensure timely rollouts.
- Coordinate campaign execution from ideation to post‑campaign review.
Event & Activation Management
- Oversee the full activation process, including planning the event to on‑site execution.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of events and activations.
- Collaborate with retail partners or vendors to ensure successful implementation.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Develop and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Oversee execution of digital advertising, influencer collaborations, and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise for better results.
Market Research & Trend Analysis
- Analyse the latest market and consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Prepare regular reports on market intelligence to guide decision‑making and planning.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance across all channels.
- Generate reports and propose improvements based on data‑driven insights.
- Establish benchmarks and best practices for tracking performance across different campaigns.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with exposure to both digital and offline campaigns.
- Proven experience in managing events and social media platforms.
- Strong project and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work independently, think creatively, and drive projects from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Comfortable working in ALCOHOL/WINE industry.
