A leading jewellery retailer in Penang seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years experience in marketing, particularly in retail or luxury goods, coupled with strong skills in digital marketing and social media management. An ability to work independently and meet deadlines is required, along with proficiency in design tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, website content, digital ads, and in-store promotions.
Work closely with the sales team to create seasonal campaigns, festive promotions, and new product launch activities.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support marketing decisions.
Manage the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and coordinate content creation.
Oversee marketing materials such as brochures, banners, display visuals, and digital content.
Build relationships with media, influencers, vendors, and business partners.
Track marketing performance and prepare monthly reports for management review.
Support brand development and maintain consistency of brand messaging across all touchpoints.
