Thunder Match Technology Sdn Bhd (Thunder Match) is Malaysia’s largest I.T. Chain Store with over 100 branches nationwide.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, develop, enhance and maintain a social media presence.
  • Identify trends and analyze insights to optimize spend and create greater conversion.
  • Coordinate with cross‑departments (products, marketing, designers, and e‑commerce team) to create and execute digital campaigns for retail and e‑marketplace.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
  • Manage EDM, including running email marketing campaigns, launching new products end‑to‑end, and creating newsletters.
  • Brainstorm creative growth strategies through digital marketing, inclusive of social media, e‑Marketplace, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Measure, compile, and generate post‑mortem reports on performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide solutions, perspective, and thought leadership where appropriate.
  • Compile and provide post‑mortem analyses across each digital campaign executed.
  • Plan and track digital budgets and expenses consistently; produce monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc tasks as and when required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, time‑management, and creativity skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field.
