Develop quarterly advertising plans (Digital, OOH, Print) aligned with sales targets, seasonal trends, and brand campaigns (e.g., St. Patrick’s Day, Ramadan).
Ideate promotions: combo deals, limited‑time menus, loyalty programs, and partnership campaigns (e.g., "buy 1 free 1" with Grabfood).
Allocate budgets (MYR) across channels for maximum ROI.
Run and optimize paid campaigns on:
Google ads: capture "sandwich delivery near me" searches.
TikTok: create viral food‑centric ads.
Food delivery apps: boost visibility on Grabfood/Foodpanda.
A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging (English + Bahasa Malaysia).
Plan OOH Ads (mall billboards, LRT displays) near high‑traffic outlets.
Negotiate print ads (local magazines, food guides).
Coordinate with café teams to ensure seamless rollout of promotions (POS materials, staff training).
Partner with delivery platforms for co‑funded campaigns.
Manage promo code tracking and redemptions.
Track KPIs: CAC (customer acquisition cost), RoAS (return on ads spent), sales lift, and redemption rates.
Analyze campaign performance weekly; pivot strategies based on data.
Report on competitor promotions and market trends.
