Job description

You will be creating our ‘in-house content agency’, assuming absolute ownership of the editorial lifecycle, from first prompt to the final publication. We are seeking a visionary Senior Content Marketing Manager to lead our content engine who wants to take full accountability for the quality, accuracy and conversion potential. You will be responsible for the end-to-end content lifecycle, from strategy to execution, with a heavy emphasis on AI integration and workflow automation. Your success will be measured by KPIs such as brand awareness, trust, leads and links earned and it is your responsibility to prove your performance impact in the business objectives.

Unlike traditional roles, you will act as a “Human-in-the-loop” architect by building automated systems to handle high-volume tasks while applying senior-level editorial judgment to ensure every piece of content remains “actionable” and brand-aligned. You will serve as a cross-functional hub, assisting SEO, PPC, Social, Web, and Email campaigns by providing high-performing copy and AI-driven content frameworks. We’re seeking talented writers who know how to successfully use ChatGPT/Gemini or other LLMs as a writing tool, not as a writing replacement.

Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of a specialized marketing vertical, acting as the primary strategist and executor for Content Marketing.
  • Serve as the "Chief" authority for your channel, ensuring that all tactics are aligned with the broader departmental structure and brand goals.
  • Act as an internal "content agency" and cross-channel support, using AI to rapidly generate and optimize ad copy for PPC, landing page content for the Website, blog posts and educational content, engagement posts for Social, nurture sequences for Email and other.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated outreach campaigns (PR), including to bloggers, publishers and other industry professionals to earn backlinks from high-authority domains.
  • Design, execute and maintain a tech stack of AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms) to streamline content research, drafting, and distribution.
  • Create and optimize pillar content, technical tutorials, and downloadable assets that satisfy deep search intent and drive lead generation.
  • Manage the "final 20%" of content production by being the chief editor and “human-in-the-loop", editing AI-generated drafts to ensure tone of voice, factual accuracy, and the "actionable" quality defined in our core marketing strategy.
  • Being the main content editor yourself is the main responsibility and priority.
  • Manage a roster of human content writers, teaching them how to use AI to augment their work and overseeing their output to ensure SEO and brand standards are met.
  • Create, align and maintain the content strategy and brand positioning for any public facing communication.
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to identify high-intent keywords, clusters and topics to create comprehensive blog posts and tutorials that rank and convert.
  • Collaborate with SEO team and Leadership teams to translate complex business objectives into a cohesive brand narrative. You will ensure that every piece of content reinforces our unique market positioning.
  • Use tools like Zapier, Make, n8n or custom API scripts to automate repetitive tasks like content creation, formatting, CMS uploading, and social media cross-posting.
Who you are
  • Experience: 6+ years in Content Marketing, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity (preferably in B2B SaaS).
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Prompt Engineering (Chain‑of‑thought, Few‑shot prompting) and expertise with tools like ChatGPT Plus, Claude, or Gemini.
  • The "Human-in-the-Loop" Mindset is fundamental: A background in professional editing or journalism. You must be able to spot "AI‑hallucinations" and generic prose from a mile away and fix it instantly.
  • Past projects proving AI architecture capability.
  • Deep understanding of search intent, topical authority, and how content impacts rankings over time.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, managing your own projects from ideation to publication without heavy supervision.
  • Ability to switch between writing long‑form educational tutorials (for SEO) and punchy, high‑conversion ad copy (for PPC/Social).
  • Experience with automation platforms to connect AI outputs directly to our CMS or project management tools.
Nice to have
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or Python for manipulating data and interacting with LLM APIs.
  • Experience in legal and regulatory content production.
  • Experience with Midjourney, Runway, or HeyGen for generating supporting visual/video content for social and web.
  • Ability to use GA4 or Search Console to prove the ROI of the content engine you will build.
