Senior Marketing / E-COMM Executive for OC / SW

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.

Create and manage content for marketing collateral, website, social media, and other platforms to ensure brand consistency and engaging messaging.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats to the business.

Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.

Develop and implement lead generation strategies to acquire and nurture potential customers.

Manage marketing budgets efficiently and provide regular reports on expenditure and return on investment.

Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, online advertising, SEO, and email marketing, to enhance the organization's online presence and engagement.

Work closely with other departments, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing.

Uphold and promote the organization's brand identity and values consistently in all marketing efforts.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior marketing staff and contribute to their professional development.

Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Product Management
  • Uploading and updating product listings on the website
  • Ensuring product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and optimized for customer engagement and SEO.
  • Managing product inventory, monitoring stock levels, and liaising with internal teams for restocking.
Website Maintenance & Optimization
  • Ensuring the eCommerce website runs smoothly, is user-friendly, and provides a seamless shopping experience.
  • Collaborating with internal team to troubleshoot issues, enhance functionality, and improve site performance.
  • Monitoring site speed, mobile responsiveness, and implementing improvements based on customer feedback.
Order Processing
  • Overseeing order fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch, and monitoring customer delivery timelines.
  • Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinating with warehouses and courier partners.
  • Planning, executing, and tracking promotional campaigns, sales events, and discounts.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to launch campaigns, paid ads, and product launches.
  • Analyzing sales performance and making recommendations for strategies to increase revenue and sales.
  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, resolving any issues related to orders, products, or payments.
