What You'll Do Daily

• Content Creation & Visual Production:
• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for products, campaigns, and social media
• Operate professional photography and videography equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio setup
• Edit content using professional software to produce publication‑ready materials
• Create visual assets, graphics, and multimedia content that align with brand aesthetics
• Conceptualize and develop innovative creative campaigns and content ideas aligned with brand objectives
• Write compelling copy and marketing materials for various platforms and campaigns
• Art direct photo and video shoots to ensure brand consistency and quality standards
• Collaborate with models, makeup artists, and creative professionals during productions
• Execute complete post‑production workflow including color correction, retouching, and final editing
• Manage content calendars and posting schedules across social media platforms and digital channels
• Coordinate with external vendors when additional production support is needed
• Review and optimize content performance based on analytics and audience engagement
• Campaign Execution & Brand Management:
• Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust content strategy based on data insights
• Manage end-to-end content production timelines and deliverables

What We're Looking For

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communications, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or related field
• Minimum 3‑5 years of marketing experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, aesthetic, or lifestyle industries
• Proven track record in content creation, campaign management, and creative development
• Hands‑on video editing experience with ability to produce engaging short‑form and long‑form content

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in photography equipment, lighting, and composition techniques
• Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom preferred) or Canva
• Strong copywriting abilities across various formats and platforms
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
• Basic understanding of video production processes and requirements

Soft Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English to create targeted content for diverse market segments
• Strong project management abilities with attention to detail
